What is Myoskeletal Alignment?
Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, through Erik Dalton’s Freedom From Pain Institute, is a unique hands-on bodywork system designed to restore function, relieve pain, rebalance and reeducate the body. It focuses on structural alignment and muscular balance. Therapists are taught to recognize common strain patterns and correct them to restore order and bring balance to the body.
How do I decide what type of massage I need?
Specialized Deep Tissue
An in-depth treatment option designed to work through chronic issues. Service is provided by an experienced Deep Tissue Specialist. Additional therapies such as Myoskeletal Alignment, heat, cupping, trigger point, stretching, etc may be incorporated into the session at the discretion of the therapist in a way that he feels will be most beneficial to facilitate treatment.

Do I need therapeutic massage?
Clients have often told me that they have dealt with pain and discomfort for years before giving therapeutic bodywork a try. The idea that massage therapy is only good for stress relief or a way to treat yourself to some pampering couldn't be farther from the truth! While massage therapy can definitely include those benefits, it is also an incredibly healthy and beneficial option for pain management as well as preventative care. Why wait until your body starts to give out on you before seeking treatment? Far better in my opinion to be pro-active and start taking care of your body now so that you can continue to live your life to the fullest!
In my work, I do my best to help relax tight, overstressed muscles that are pulling your body's natural posture out of balance and work to bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state. You'll be surprised how quickly we can work together to make measurable improvements and get you feeling better!
