A note from your massage therapist
You are not the only one!
You are not alone when it comes to living with pain in your back or neck and shoulders. I heard about a survey stating that over 60% of adults experience some kind of low back pain. Many people will just work through the pain, hoping that it will go away, or taking medication to help them through the day. It doesn't need to be that way!
I specialize in working with clients who experience pain in their backs or neck that can sometimes make it painful to move around and cause frequent tension headaches. Often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting. Even healthy activities like exercise or physically demanding activities can cause soreness in muscles, and have ruined many a New Years resolution to get in shape. I help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state. Massage is also great for helping muscles recover after strenuous exercise, helping you get past the soreness and stay on track with your fitness goals. You'll be surprised how quickly we can work together to make measurable improvements and get you feeling better! |
